I made out like a bandit during the Black Friday sales at Lord & Taylor (don’t worry, they have Friends and Family going on now) and swooped up both this cropped turtleneck sweater and metallic pleated skirt. I love bordeaux paired with rose gold, so didn’t think twice when paring these two pieces together. Lately I have been loving cropped sweaters, especially with skirts. If the skirt is more fitted I often leave the sweater untucked and if the skirt has more flare I tend to tuck in just the front of the waist of the skirt, such as I did here.
I also really love the shape and style of my new Fossil bag. A few of Fossil’s flagship stores are offering free monogramming on select bags every Saturday 1:00-5:00 p.m. until December 21st.
