This past weekend was an all around, much needed escape from NYC up to Boston to visit Matt’s aunts. We took advantage of the gorgeous weather, walked around the city and ate lunch al fresco under the sun on the harbor. You better believe I got a lobster roll, clam chowder, and a Chipyard cookie. It was also a nice walk down memory lane to a time I lived in Boston for the summer with my brother and his now wife. At night we dined at a delicious Italian restaurant where I was able to stay cozy in a wine colored cable knit (that just so happened to match their adorable home), tweed coat (such a steal), and heeled booties. I have to admit, my favorite part of this outfit is my Sorial bag. If you are in the mood to sport a backpack, this bag works perfectly, or if you are looking for a shoulder bag all you have to do is pull the straps in a different direction, and ta-da! It is safe to say we had a successful weekend away and the Monday blues have arrived in full force.
