Although I am definitely gearing up for Fall, I have been enjoying wearing some light layers (such as this bomber jacket) with shorts while the weather permits. This past weekend we were down in Stone Harbor, New Jersey for a wedding. On Sunday, the day of the wedding, the sun was shining and it was a beautiful day to walk around this quaint beach town. After grabbing breakfast at my favorite spot, Uncle Bill’s Pancake House, we decided to take a walk and happened to stumble upon the Stone Harbor Yacht Club, where we snapped these pictures. It was a little cooler out, so I took the opportunity to pull this silk bomber jacket out of my closet, and paired it with my favorite distressed denim shorts and Jack Purcell sneaks. I always love visiting the shore off season – it gives me a chance to take in the scenery, and enjoy the restaurants and shops without the usual summer crowd!
